About:

A Web3-focused robot fighting game loosely inspired by “Battle Bots”, aimed at PC and Mobile.

For this project I designed and developed the primary gameplay systems for a proof of concept prototype, reusing existing assets where possible. Systems built included a custom character controller, a lock-on targeting system, custom components for things like health and movement logic, enemy combat AI, environment hazards, as well as the overall flow of the battle’s states (intro cutscene, countdown, victory screen, etc.).

The project was ultimately put on hiatus as we had to focus our resources on other projects but towards the end we were in the process of doing a refactor and implementing full robot customization and other features.
